Choose this option if you’re needing a sound guy for the day, your venue is in Tauranga and you’re trying to budget where you can!

. What does this mean? It means the following…

• Controlling the music for the day from start to finish (Walking down the isle song, cocktail hour etc) either through your spotify playlists or djing

• making sure mics are working whenever they’re needed to be used

• Finishing the night with the big party

Why am I doing this as an option?

In my time DJing. The most common praise I get is that I don’t overcharge. A big reason for that is because I see building relationships is more valuable than earning an income. I also like taking the pressure off the venue staff and bride and groom to know someone is looking after anything music/equipment related. I have found it makes the day run a lot smoother.

Disclaimer! All payments once agreed with future clients must be paid beforehand. 20% deposit (to lock in date) or full amount.

Full payment must be made 2 weeks before the event date.

as times are getting hard for people to save on coin, it can be hard to find affordable entertainment. A lot of DJ’s will charge ridiculous amounts of money exceeding over $2k.

I will make sure that we can come to a respectable agreement with your financial situation, so that we can go ahead with your event comfortably!

My prices

My hourly rate with your own equipment provided: $120 per hour

Equipment hire: $450 (hourly rate changes)

Time needed to DJ with equipment: 1-2 hours $550

2-3 hours $650

3-4 hours $750

Prices may vary after 4 hours with negotiation.

Whether you have your own set of gear for me to use or if you don’t, I’ve got you covered. I have

• High Quality Speakers (x2 standing EV’s)(x1 KRK Monitor)

• Wireless mics that can be held over 50m, as well as wired if preferred.

• Party lights to help start the party and set the mood (x2)

Whether your event is on a sunday evening in Northland, or a tuesday morning at the beach. I’ll be there at least an hour beforehand to make sure we’re all good to go. I usually try to set up earlier in the day to make things easier later.

Your original price may increase, depending on if I’m required to travel outside of Tauranga.
